Original oil painting on Artefex Panel. This painting was painted en plein air at the marina in Oceanside, California. Painting water is it's own unique challenge. It's surface is constantly moving and changing. This creates a flickering effect that reflects the light of the sky, colors bouncing off adjacent boats, and the deep blues and greens of it's depths.
